I offer private Yoga consultations for individuals either in person or via video conference. Our one-on-one Yoga training can help you build a stronger foundation in your understanding of Yoga as a way of life.

Yoga consultations will include asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, functional movement, study of spiritual texts and other trainings, based on your interests and goals.

Why should I invest in private lessons!?

  • Injury or Condition Management: Maybe you are recovering from an injury or illness and yoga is part of your recovery program. A private yoga teacher can help you set up a sequence and use props in a way that allows you to practice safely as you heal. As a former dancer, gymnast and now yoga teacher, I have worked extensively in rehabilitative and preventative practices mitigating my own chronic conditions and students of vast ages and abilities.
  • Holistic Wellness: Taking a private class is truly about connecting with yourself. You have the opportunity to focus on your inner thoughts, breathwork and feel safe talking about any anxieties or stressors. You can practice in silence or ask as many questions as you’d like.
  • Flexible Scheduling and Faster Progress: Selecting a time that suits you and having your teacher arrive on your doorstep takes a lot of the challenges out of the equation and allows you to focus on your practice.  A private class will enable you to discuss all of this and work towards new poses in a safe and comfortable environment. 
  • Privacy and Comfort: Private classes offer a secure, judgement-free space to practice yoga, which can be particularly beneficials for beginners.

Our bodies are all different for a reason. Yoga isn’t about being the most flexible person in a room, or about getting the best workout in, it’s about the union of mind-body-spirit. 

When one of these areas is out of alignment, the rest will follow.  When you get to a place where you are able to balance your mind, your body, and your spirit (energy) this is when you will feel more at ease within yourself.  With a private yoga session, you have the ability to transform the class into what you need that day.  You have control over what time and what style of class works for you.  The class is catered to what your body and mind need that day, it’s like taking all your fave yoga classes and molding them into one.  Who wouldn’t want that?
